create three 32x32 pixel .bmp files (black+white, 1 bit color-depth).

save them in the same directory as the converter-tool, you can download from here.

type in "cmd" into your windows execute tool.

go to the directory, where you saved the converter tool.

type in:
PIXLED.exe name1.bmp name2.bmp name3.bmp resultfile.pix

transfer your own .pix file to PIXLED.
